File Type Explanations and Downloading Directions

To download:
File types:
HTML: Plain text htm format.
WWW: Full color HTML version: after downloading, run *.exe file to extract the www files, then run index.htm.
eBook: Electronic book version: self-executable *.exe file
PDF: Files in PDF format to print, after downloading, run *.exe file to combine files together, both high-quality printing (*-hi) and fast-printing (*-lo) are available .
 

Note on printing:

Files in PDF format with colored pictures may be printed in either grayscale or color using your local printer. To print the PDF version with a laser ink jet printer, it is best to set the printer to "photo quality ink jet paper" (720-1440 dpi) and print it with high quality paper. This way, you will be able to get better printing results. When reading PDF files on your computer, you may select your preferred topics from the table of contents.

Acrobat Reader: Please use Acrobat Reader 5.0. The 3.0 version will not be able to read some parts of the files. Acrobat Reader 5.0 can be downloaded from the following site:
