Fellow practitioners attended the 1994 International Exhibition Of Agricultural Products And The Food Processing Industry held at the World Trade Center in Taipei. Over one thousand companies, both domestic and international, participated in this big exhibition.
The booth of our fellow practitioners was the most attractive and most extraordinary. In addition to all kinds of vegetarian foods, there was also the display of Master's photos, books, video and cassette tapes. Among the diverse booths in the exhibition hall, this place was like a supra worldly heavenly garden. Surrounded by tall bamboo trees, the ancient Chinese pavilion attracted many people, who had affinity with Master, to come and enjoy Master's teachings, and taste the pure and delicious vegetarian foods.
The fellow initiates eagerly passed out the News magazines and the sample booklets to the crowd that flocked to investigate the display. Besides introducing the many benefits of the vegetarian diet, videos of Master's lectures were being played continuously. Master's wonderful lectures appeared to have answered the questions in the minds of those watching the videos. In order to have a further understanding of the teachings of Master, those who were interested in spiritual practice gladly gave their addresses to receive more News magazines.
It was rather touching to see the eagerness and sincerity of the crowd. Observing this, the fellow practitioners could not help feeling grateful to Master for Her grace and wisdom, that people in this modern age are able to find the path to heaven so easily and quickly through well developed broadcasting systems.
On the contrary, people in the ancient times had to climb many mountains and suffer all sorts of hardships in order to have only a little hope of finding an enlightened master to help them with their spiritual practice and liberation. One cannot even compare!
In the exhibition hall, people visiting the display often asked the attending fellow initiates questions concerning Master, spiritual practice and vegetarianism. Many people expressed great interest in Master's teachings and in meditation. Some foreigners took sample booklets and said once they returned home, they would contact their local center there in order to know more about Master's teachings. A lady watched Master's video tapes for many hours and was still reluctant to leave. There was a gentleman who was a Chi Kung teacher. He enthusiastically asked many questions while our fellow initiate introduced Master's teachings. He expressed so much eagerness for the Truth that even after leaving, he returned to inquire further.
This was a successful exhibition. For those who visited our
display, aside from creating an affinity with Master and learning
the benefits of a vegetarian diet, more importantly, they also
received Master's boundless wisdom and loving blessings.
