Dearest Supreme Master,
It has been about a year since I have written a letter to You. Remember me? I am sure You still do, inside, as we are always connected, although You may not remember my name. I am a 'little' initiate, (though I could not be called 'little' anymore, as I am already more than 11 years old,) from Singapore, a place You recently visited. We were so intoxicated by You, when You came surprisingly, fulfilling many initiates inner longings. Oh Master, how I wish You could stay with us forever! I have been very much blessed by You, Master, who let me and my family see You dozens of time this year! Since our family initiated in Kuala Lumpur last year, we have been blessed with many chances to see You. For example, at the end of last year in Thailand, when we celebrated the New Year with You, in Hong Kong, protesting for the refugees, and in Penang, etc. We are so happy to be with You, Master!
Here's a poem, dedicated to our dear Master:
Master & disciples, all over the world,
Were merged into oneness, when each met the other.
Master looked at us most lovingly,
As She kindly talked and joked with us.
We, Her practicing children,
With tears streaming down our cheeks,
Felt so blissful as if in heaven!
We are really the most fortunate ones in the universe,
To have such a good meditation method,
With a powerful, awe-inspiring Master to bless us.
Oh, Master! God decides everything!
There is nothing our Master cannot do,
Because I know Master can do
A million & one miraculous things.
She bears sufferings ,
Compassionately helping sentient beings;
Liberates millions,
Not to forget, selflessly offering many things.
That was how Master Ching Hai,
Got to receive,
The World Peace Award in Hawaii.
25th Oct, 1994, is only 10 days away, From today.
When on that day,
I believe many generations later will say,
The Supreme Master Ching Hai,
Is really the Unique one!
Sent down to earth to guide us back home.
Oh, Master!
How can we ever thank You enough?
You alone can fill the whole universe
With Your brilliant light,
Melodious sound,
Not to forget,
Beautiful features.
May God continue to bless and 'preserve'
Our dearest Supreme Master!
Master, You have given us many zillions of chances to admire You. We are really grateful for all that You have done for us. And when celebrations are on, on the Supreme Master Ching Hai Days, may we all never forget all that You have done for sentient beings!
