In the book The Enlightened Way of Paradisian Living the natural paradise lifestyle is explained;

Paradise. The word brings many things to mind. A garden of trees and grassy meadows, birds chirping, the sound of a gurgling creek, people laughing and playing like it's Sunday afternoon.

Colorful fruits and luscious salads laid out on tablecloths on the grass. If heaven could come down to earth this is what paradise would be. Heaven on earth and all is well in the world.

Every culture has this memory of a golden era of mankind when all was happiness, joy and light;

"With the Hebrews it was the Garden of Eden, with the Celts, the lost island of Avalon; with the Greeks, that wonderful garden on an island in the Western seas the Hesperides;

with the Persians, the Haoma-Tree Paradise; with the Chinese, the garden of the Peach Tree Goddess..." (Henry Bailey Stevens).

Paradise is an image we all deeply embrace in our subconscious. It's really what motivates us to make money and retire early to live the ideal life in a warm sunny place.

We marry and search for lovers to reclaim the integral bliss we felt when we were one with God in the Garden. Paradise is the happiness we all pursue because it's indelibly imprinted in our DNA.

When you look at and smell beautiful fruits doesn't it send you to another plane of primordial beauty?

When you walk into a beautiful fruit and flower garden or a lush green forest with a creek flowing through it, doesn't it send you to a place beyond time?

That's our genetic memory recalling paradise. If the "genes" fit... Eating fresh fruits, vegetables, natural cheese and living in and caring for a garden paradise is what the Paradisian life is all about.

Paradise lies within in a balanced bodymind and without in a proverbial garden of Eden. Paradise is our natural state, our ground of being, our original home.

How Living Water Enlivens You

To feel great you've got to be healthy. The word health comes from the Gaelic word meaning whole.

Holy is another word for a whole or healthy person. Wholeness means that the body, mind and spirit are working as a harmonious whole.

These three are not separate they are a unity. To have mental and spiritual health one needs bodily health.

Bodily health depends mostly on nutrition. It's that simple; your not going to be a great, loving, happy person if your not feeding your body right.
